In these Terms, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.

Your acceptance of these Terms is indicated by any one or more of the following actions: creating an Account; accessing any page of the Platform; making a deposit; placing a bet; or accessing any promotional offer. Such actions constitute your full and unconditional acceptance.
Where you access the Platform on behalf of or together with another person, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms and that both you and that person agree to be jointly bound.
These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail.
To register and maintain an Account on u444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Age Verification: u444 employs strict age-verification procedures during and after registration. If we have reasonable cause to believe a User is underage, we will suspend the Account and conduct enhanced verification. Any winnings accrued prior to verification will be withheld pending confirmation of eligibility.
You must provide complete, accurate and truthful information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false or misleading registration data constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
As part of our obligations under applicable anti-money laundering and fraud prevention requirements, u444 may request identity documentation at any time. Documents typically requested include:
KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal requests being declined and, in cases of suspected fraud, Account suspension.
Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. If duplicate Accounts are detected, all duplicate Accounts will be closed. Any winnings or balances held in duplicate Accounts may be voided. This policy applies regardless of whether separate Accounts use different payment methods, email addresses or device types.
Deposit methods available to you depend on the Operator's current platform configuration and your jurisdiction. Methods commonly referenced in the Pakistan digital payments ecosystem — including bank transfers through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, as well as mobile wallet services referenced as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast — are noted as familiar local references only. Where supported, deposits may be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are set by the Operator and may differ from published interbank rates. u444 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the Operator and displayed in the cashier section of your Account. These limits may vary by payment method and may be subject to change. u444 accepts no liability for deposit failures caused by your payment provider's own transaction limits, fraud filters or technical restrictions.
Deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. u444 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or mismatched payment sources and to close Accounts where such activity is detected.
Note on Cryptocurrency: Where cryptocurrency deposit options (such as BTC or USDT) are made available by the Operator, separate terms regarding wallet verification, transaction confirmation requirements and conversion rates will apply and will be published in the cashier section of your Account.
A withdrawal request may only be submitted where all of the following conditions are satisfied:
Withdrawal requests are subject to the Operator's internal review and approval process. No specific processing timeline is guaranteed. Processing duration depends on your selected payment method, KYC status, and the Operator's review queue. u444 will not be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems or network failures.
In most cases, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your deposit — this is an anti-money laundering requirement, not a commercial restriction. Where your original deposit method does not support withdrawals, you may be required to submit additional documentation before an alternative payout method is authorised.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are set by the Operator and vary by payment method. High-value withdrawals may be processed in instalments in accordance with the Operator's published withdrawal policy.
All promotional offers — including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, cashback and referral incentives — are subject to specific terms published at the time the offer is presented. In the absence of specific terms, the following general conditions apply:
u444 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where evidence of systematic bonus abuse is identified. This includes but is not limited to: the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same offer; low-risk betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk; and collusive activity between Accounts.
u444 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Offers already accepted and in progress will be honoured in accordance with the terms in effect at the time of acceptance.
A bet or wager is not accepted until a confirmation reference is issued by the Platform. It is your responsibility to verify that your selections, stake amounts and any applicable odds have been correctly recorded before submitting. Errors in placement cannot be corrected after a confirmation has been issued.
Bets may be declared void where: an event is cancelled or postponed beyond the Operator's stated threshold; an obvious pricing error occurred that a reasonable person would have recognised as such; or a bet is placed on an event whose outcome was already determined at the time of placement.
Winnings are calculated based on the odds confirmed at bet placement. In the event of a dispute regarding payout calculations, the Platform's records shall be the definitive reference. Decimal, fractional and money-line odds formats may all be available depending on sport and event.
In-play betting markets may be suspended or closed at the Operator's discretion, including during periods of significant score changes, technical issues or data feed interruptions. Bets accepted prior to a suspension remain valid unless voided under Clause 9.2.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on u444 and will result in Account suspension, termination and forfeiture of balances where applicable:
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct: Where prohibited conduct is identified, u444 and the Operator reserve the right to void all bets placed during the relevant period, close the Account without prior notice, withhold and return deposits where legally required, and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
u444 and the Operator reserve the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reason to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, where continued account access presents a risk of harm to the User or a third party, or where required by Applicable Law or regulatory instruction.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, ensure that any remaining Real Money Balance is withdrawn — we will process outstanding withdrawals in accordance with Clause 7. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited.
An Account becomes dormant following a period of inactivity as defined in the Operator's published dormancy policy. Administration fees may apply to dormant accounts in accordance with that policy. You will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its operating license, unless otherwise required by Applicable Law in your jurisdiction.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account.
